Juuger Privacy Policy

The Juuger Website is designed to help You connect with Your friends, listen to and share Your favorite music and videos in Your free community profile, write blogs, make groups to discuss interesting topics.

The Juuger Website is also a place to, if You are a talent or run a casting company, model company or label, promote Yourself or all Your talents on a worldwide or local level.

Labels and independent musicians and bands can earn money by making their music and videos available for downloading through the Juuger Service.

The Juuger Website is also designed to help companies locate and contact the resources they need for their productions, on a worldwide or local Level.

On the Juuger Community we give You control of who You want to share Your information with. You can choose if Your Community profile shall be available for everyone to see, just to Your friends or just as a control panel to govern Your talent profile/s. The default settings limit the information displayed in Your Community profile to Your network (friends added).

All talent profiles are available without any limitation for all users and people who visit the Juuger.com Website. It is Your choice to make Your lastname visible or not in any talent profile. To contact You through any talent profile the person or company need to be a registered Casting Director.

The Juuger Website follows two core principles:

1. You control Your information.

You choose what information You put in Your profile/s, including contact and personal information, pictures, interests and groups You join.

2. Access to the information others want to share.

We want to help You easily find the information You need on the Juuger Website.

Do not give other people access to Your password.

By using or accessing Juuger, You are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Sign Up Information

When You sign up at Juuger, You provide us with certain personal information, such as Your name, Your e-mail address, Your telephone number, Your address, Your gender, and any other personal or preference information that You provide to us.

When You enter the Juuger Website, we can in some cases collect Your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all Juuger visitors. In addition, we can in some cases store certain information from Your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users computer tied to information about the user. We may use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores Your login ID (but not Your password) to make it easier for You to login when You come back to the Juuger Website.

When You use the Juuger Website, You may set up Your personal profile (community/control panel), talent profiles, send messages, perform searches, create or join groups, share music and videos, embed Your companies tv og radio channel, write about events in the bulletin board (Events), and transmit information through various channels. We collect some of this information so that we can provide You with the best service possible. In most cases, we retain it so that, for instance, You can return to view prior messages You have sent, easily see Your friend list, find Your favorite music and videos or the interesting prospects for Your different projects if You are a Casting Director.

You post Your Content (as defined in the Juuger Terms of Service, The Royalty Agreement or The Extended Royalty Agreement if Your use of the site is bound by these agreements) on the Website at Your own risk. Although we allow You to set privacy options that limit access to Your community profile/control panel, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom You may choose to share Your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that Content You post on the Website will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Your Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored Your Content.

Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on the Juuger Webiste is a violation of the Juuger Terms of Service and should be reported to redflag@Juuger.com.

If You choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend or connection about our site, or choose to use our share service, we will ask You for information needed to send the invitation or to share something from the site, such as Your friends or contacts e-mail address. We will automatically send Your friend a one-time e-mail or instant message inviting him or her to visit the Website. Juuger does not store this information.

By using the Juuger Website, You are consenting to have Your personal data transferred to and processed in Norway.

Children Under Age 13

Juuger does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If You are under 13, please do not attempt to register for Juuger or send any information about Yourself to us, including Your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on Juuger. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent (The parent must be the owner of the Community Profile), we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If You believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at redflag@Juuger.com.

Children Between the Ages of 13 and 18

We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

Information Obtained by Juuger

When You register with Juuger, You create Your own community profile/control panel. Your profile information, as well as Your name and photo, are displayed to people in the networks specified in Your privacy settings to enable You to connect with people on Juuger. Your e-mail address will not be visible on any of Your profiles on the Juuger Service. When someone contacts You from either the community profile or any of Your talent profiles, You will receive this mail to Your community profile/control panel in Your Inbox.

We may occasionally use Your name and e-mail address to send You newsletters or notifications regarding new services offered by Juuger that we think You may find valuable.

Profile information is used by Juuger primarily to be presented back to and edited by You when You access the service and to be presented to others permitted to view that information by Your privacy settings. In some cases where Your privacy settings permit it (e.g., posting to Your guestbook), other Juuger users may be able to supplement Your profile.

Profile (community) information You submit to Juuger will be available to users of Juuger that You have accepted as friends. If You have not limited Your profile to be visible just for accepted friends the information in Your profile will be visible for anyone to see. No matter what Your name, and profile picture thumbnail will always be available in search results across the Juuger website and those limited pieces of information may be made available to third party search engines. This is primarily so that Your friends and contacts can find You and send a friend request. People who see Your name in searches, however, will not be able to access Your profile information unless they have a relationship to You (friend) unless You do not have a open profile that allows such access.

Juuger may send You service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service. For instance, if a Casting Director sends You a message from one of Your talent profiles, a friend sends You a new message from Your community profile, or someone posts a message in Your guestbook, You may receive an e-mail alerting You to that fact.

Lawfull Requests

We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Juuger service or using the Juuger name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.

Sharing and Posting of Information

When You use Juuger, certain information You post or share with third parties (e.g., a friend or someone in Your network), such as personal information, comments, messages, photos, videos, marketplace listings or other information, may be shared with other users in accordance with the privacy settings You select. All such sharing of information is done at Your own risk. Please keep in mind that if You disclose personal information in Your profile or when posting comments, messages, photos, videos, marketplace listings or other items , this information may become publicly available.

Links to Other Websites

Juuger may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Juuger.

Changing or Removing Information

Access and control over most personal information on Juuger is readily available through the profile editing tools. Juuger users may modify or delete any of their profile information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. Individuals who wish to deactivate their Juuger account or any talent profile may do so in the Community profile/control panel. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of Juuger.

Where You make use of the communication features of the service to share information with other individuals on Juuger, however, (e.g., sending a personal message to another Juuger user) You generally cannot remove such communications.

Juuger Security

Juuger takes appropriate precautions to protect our users information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When You upload money through the Juuger Service You will be connected with dibs. Because e-mail and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that You not send private information to us by e-mail or instant messaging services. Terms of Service and Other Agreements

Your use of Juuger, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Service, and any other agreement done through the Juuger Service and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service and any agreement at any time and with immediately effect.

We encourage You to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that You understand our current privacy policy. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about You and Your account.
